This was a full refurbishment project for a high-net-worth client on a private estate. I started by securing the necessary planning permissions before any work could begin. The process kicked off with a detailed design proposal created in Adobe InDesign, followed by a 3D model in SketchUp to bring the concept to life.

I produced a full set of technical drawings in CAD, ensuring they met the requirements of the bespoke furniture makers and the construction team. I also had complete design control over the custom furniture, managing everything from initial ideas through to final delivery.

As project manager, I handled the entire process from concept to completion, ensuring everything ran smoothly and to the highest standard. This project highlights my ability to balance creative design with technical detail and deliver exceptional results for the client.
